Customers may utilize our FREE support ticket system by sending an email to [email protected]. In order to successfully submit a ticket, please ensure that the subject line of your e-mail is prefaced with TDT-domainname.com, where domainname.com is your domain name. Email support is available 7/24/365.
Client Configuration of FTP, Email, Development Tools and other programs, products or components on the customer PC, LAN or Network are not considered standard FREE support services. In many instances, quick suggestions to common problems may easily resolve configuration issues (and there won't be a charge for that). However, step by step walk-through of your client configuration, because of the time and complexity involved, will be billed at the "Software Setup" rate listed below in the "Paid Support Options".
Paid Support Options:
Paid support is available on an hourly basis for a variety of services that extend beyond general setup and usability and includes, but is not limited to the following: software setup, web development, graphic design, training, programming, scripting, animation, database development, and consulting services.
Billing for Paid Support:
For paid support, you will be provided with an estimate based on your requirements. Please email [email protected] for an estimate. Once you've agreed to the work as outlined in the estimate, the estimated charge is billed for in advance of the service while any remaining balance is charged upon completion of the work.
